Come… let's go on a Soul Trip.

About

Welcome to Soul Trip!

Soul Trip is a podcast about the moments in life that shake us, shape us, and ultimately change us.

Hosted by Timmi, the show explores the turning points, losses, reinventions, relationships, breakthroughs, and unexpected life experiences that transform who we are. Through honest conversations with guests from all walks of life, Soul Trip looks beyond the surface of what people went through and explores what actually helped them navigate those seasons of life— so we can, too.

While many of these conversations begin in life’s hardest moments, Soul Trip is ultimately rooted in hope. These are stories of resilience, growth, healing, perspective, and the unexpected ways people find meaning and move forward.

Timmi created Soul Trip from a deep curiosity about how people navigate life-changing experiences — and what helps them reconnect with themselves, others, and the lives they want to live.

Drawn to thoughtful conversation and human storytelling, she believes some of the most powerful moments happen when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood.

Through Soul Trip, Timmi hopes listeners leave feeling inspired, a little less alone, and more connected to both themselves and the world around them.

Come… let’s go on a Soul Trip.
